How many of us have been on a team day where out comes the flip chart, that gets taken away at the end of the day and nothing changes. Here everything can change, and anyway the animals would just eat the flip chart.
We can work with you in a more “traditional” coaching fashion, but the option for blended methods and getting out of the office and into a real life presence is there for you.
